The article analyses the approaches of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union regarding the issue of consideration of labor disputes with employees of institutions of the Union. Basing on assessment of the relevant decisions of the Court and dissenting opinions of certain judges the author comes to the conclusion about the possible consequences of such decisions on improvement of legal regulation of the arising conflicts, and the perspectives of development of mechanisms for consideration of disputes with international employees in the Union. The author comes to the conclusion that the status of the Holy See as a permanent observer not being a member state of the United Nations, had been previously subject to doubt.
